After 14 years in the industry and 11 years running her own business, founder Caitlin O’Rourke has truly done it all — lashes, brows, tattooing, laser, nails, hair and makeup, spray tanning, skin treatments, massage, and more. That journey led her to discover her greatest love: facial massage and connection. This is where Soulflow was born — a space for creating signature rituals that blend nervous system science, luxury skin therapy, and business strategy.

Who is Cait?

Cait is a multi-passionate entrepreneur, educator, and Registered Nurse-in-training with a passion for helping others and a lifelong love of learning. She admits she can’t sit still — always evolving, always advancing her knowledge — but teaching is her true calling.

Known for her delicious Instagram reels that leave people wanting to experience her hands and learn her ways, Caitlin has built a loyal community of therapists and clients who are drawn to her artistry, energy, and results.
